    ABOUT US

Rainbo Initiative is a global example of a national non-governmental organisation, dedicated to responding to and preventing sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV). We inspire and support grassroots solutions to complement the efforts of national governments in Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Guinea to end SGBV. Through our network of 7 Rainbo Centres in Sierra Leone, we provide free and comprehensive support services to SGBV survivors, including medical treatment, psychosocial care, and economic empowerment. Our survivor-centred approach ensures that the needs and rights of everyone are respected and prioritized throughout their journey of healing and recovery.
