Rainbo Initiative is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of individuals who bring diverse expertise and experience to guide our organisation. They provide strategic direction and ensure the effective management and governance of the Rainbo Initiative.

MARGRET BERNARD JONES
Margret Bernard Jones, a retired Human Resources specialist and consultant, brings extensive knowledge in organisational management and strategic leadership. With utmost dedication and vision, Margret provides strategic leadership and guides Rainbo Initiative towards achieving its mission.
Vice Chairperson
JAMAL CONTEH
Jamal Conteh is a highly respected media consultant with expertise in communication and public relations. As the CEO of HOT BIZ, he brings valuable insights and serves on the Clinical Assurance, Programme, and Communications committee in the Board.
Treasurer
CHRISTIAN ABAYOMI CAMPBELL
Christian Campbell, a retired accountant, brings meticulous financial acumen and a wealth of experience to his role as Treasurer. He ensures the responsible management of Rainbo Initiative’s resources, Christian also serves as the Chairperson for the Finance and Audit Committee on the Board.
CHARLES BOCKARIE VANDI

Charles Vandi, Deputy Chief Director at the Ministry of Gender and Children’s Affairs, strengthens our commitment to inclusivity and empowerment through his deep understanding of gender issues. He serves on the Governance and Strategy Committee on the Board.
DAVIDA MACAULEY

Davida Macauley works as a Consular Officer with the Embassy of Ireland/Irish Aid, with a wealth of experience in financial controls and administration. She serves on the Finance and Audit Committee on the Board.
CHRISTINE WILLIAMS

Dr. Christine Williams is a medical doctor, public health specialist, and policy analyst at the Ministry of Health. She is also an associate lecturer at the University of Sierra Leone. Dr. Williams contributes valuable expertise to the Clinical Assurance, Programme, and Communication Committee at Rainbo Initiative.

Elaine Lilian Alison Thomas-Archibald, a legal luminary and Mater and Registrar of the High Court of Sierra Leone, serves as the Chairperson for the Governance and Strategy Committee on the Board.
