At the core of Rainbo Initiative’s work are our 7 Rainbo Centres across Sierra Leone, which have served over 50,000 people. These centres provide free and comprehensive support to survivors of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV).

Through the Rainbo Centres, we offer a range of lifesaving services to aid in the healing and recovery of survivors. This includes free medical treatment, psychosocial services, and other necessary support. Our survivor-centred approach ensures that everyone’s needs and rights are respected and prioritized throughout their journey of healing.

The Rainbo Centres serve as safe and confidential spaces where survivors can access this holistic support. Our highly trained staff treat every person with the utmost care and maintain strict confidentiality, upholding our core values. Survivors are empowered as equal partners, with a strong voice in shaping the solutions to end sexual violence in all its forms.
