Daniel Kettor is the  Executive Director of Rainbo Initiative Sierra Leone. He’s a development professional with 15 years of progressive experience in program design, partnership, system strengthening and strategic leadership in the Non-for-profit sector.

He has vast experience in working with vulnerable groups including children, women, persons with disabilities, youth and the aged (old people). He cultivates donor relationships and develops fundraising and growth strategies and plans.

He provides Strategic Leadership and Internal Performance across the organization, taking overall responsibility for financial positions and management.

He takes overall leadership responsibility for organizations, managed national volunteer programmes, and youth networks with an excellent understanding of community engagement and development approach to addressing emerging community issues.
