Dominic J. Kamara (Ph.D) is our Country Representative of Rainbo Initiative Liberia, he is a dynamic and results-driven professional with over 15 years of dedicated service in humanitarian work, contributing expertise in leadership and management roles across various international non-governmental organisations (INGOs). He is well-versed in international relations, project management, people management, and strategic leadership.

He is experienced in academic and business research and has expertise in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes, data analysis, strategy development, leadership theories and principles, business development, and organisational management.

He is renowned for his ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and ensure project success through a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on management. Skilled in creating and implementing detailed plans for projects and effectively allocating resources. He always goes above expectations and delivers remarkable outcomes.

His broad grasp of computer skills, research and data analysis tools, and digital technologies, as well as his willingness to acquire new ideas and abilities, make him an amazing asset to any organisation. He has acquired a wealth of experience working with different NGOs and INGOs in Sierra Leone and research institutions at home and abroad.
