With her financial expertise, she optimizes resources to support our programs effectivelyAs Head of Finance, Anita oversees budgeting, reporting, and compliance, maintaining the organization’s financial integrity and stability. In her operational role, she coordinates various functions to achieve our strategic objectives,

    Esther Sesay has over 15 years of experience in high-quality HR services at Rainbo Initiative. She delivers professional HR advice, manages staff performance, and leads capacity-building initiatives, having developed comprehensive employee policies aligned with our mission and strategic objectives.Esther holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Personnel Management, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, and an International Diploma in Human Resource Administration, reinforcing her expertise in the field.

    Fattu Favour Fomba leads our efforts in preventing gender-based violence (GBV) and ensuring the safeguarding of individuals and communities. She develops and implements prevention programmes, fosters collaborations, and advocates for policies and practices that promote safety, equality, and respect. Fattu plays a critical role in raising awareness, challenging harmful norms, and promoting positive change within the communities we serve.
