Ibrahim, has over 8 years of experience working in the development sector with nongovernmental organizations as programme and monitoring specialist and with extensive knowledge and experience in program management and monitoring and evaluation strategic oversight and budget management. Experienced in managing complex projects from the requirements gathering/needs identification phase through completion, and highly skilled at building partnerships between governance and stakeholders, generating opportunities, and implementing solutions in collaboration with partners. Considerable experiences fostering strategic growth, championing professional external representation and leading advocacy on women and girls’ rights including those with disability. Possess the ability to turn complex challenges into strategic opportunities, ensuring every project meets its desired result and contributes to the bigger mandate of sustainable development for the organization I work with and for. I am deeply committed to forging partnerships that transcend geographical and cultural boundaries, fostering collaborative atmospheres where innovation and impact can succeed. I have implemented complex project including multi year grant for various donors including Irish Aid, European Union (EU) Internews, Comic Relief (CR), The Carter Center etc.
