Rebecca serves as the GBV Manager for Rainbo Initiative Sierra Leone, supporting the running and oversight of our Rainbo Centres. She is a long-serving and dedicated psychosocial service provider and advocate for women and girls who have suffered from sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) in Sierra Leone for almost two decades.

Rebecca’s experience spans working with SGBV survivors in both Guinea and Sierra Leone. She is well-versed in collaborating with communities to prevent sexual and gender-based violence, drawing on her deep understanding of the local context and commitment to empowering vulnerable populations.

As the GBV Coordinator, Rebecca plays a crucial role in ensuring the Rainbo Centres operate efficiently and effectively, providing comprehensive support services to survivors. Her wealth of experience, compassionate approach, and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable member of the Rainbo Initiative team, driving positive change and advocating for the rights and well-being of women and girls in Sierra Leone.
